I cannot pass on an opportunity to offer praise and gratitude for the service we received from New McFall Brothers Eastside Chapel. I am always concerned that my love ones will not look like themselves during the service, so I must say this, the preparation and presentation of my brother far exceeded my expectations. He looked just like himself.

Kenny was our attendant during the service, and he was superior. He was in tune with our needs and always a step ahead of our requests. I literally cannot express how impressed I was with the service that we received.

New McFall Brother East Side Chapel is our families preferred place of business for final arrangements.

My six-month old baby boy Krue-Ezekiel left this world unexpectedly. Almost a year later, I still remember the kindness that was showed by Julius. Showed such care and he was so intentional with my remains of my son. Thank you for everything. Also, each time I called Diamond was so caring over the phone. Thank you so much.

Julius Baker, was very caring and handle my Mother's Arrangements very well! We had laughter with my Family after everything was done and set...I will never forget the kindness of the staff members and how patience they have towards me and my Family! Thank you Mr. Baker for handling my Mother's Arrangements for me to feel at ease....

The New McFall Brothers Funeral Home really outdid themselves with my grandad. You would have never known he’d been sick just by looking him. They made sure my grandma was pleased with the services they provided for the home-going of her husband. Julius and his team are fantastic. They are very friendly, kind, respectful and all the above. It’s like they are apart of the family. The upkeep of the funeral home, their vibes were like no other. I know these times are very difficult and emotional for families, but if in need, The McFall Brothers Funeral Home is the choice indeed! Thank you all for everything! 🤝🏾🙌🏾💞

I literally bugged Mr.Kemp I called him twice a day for a week straight , he really made me feel like family ! I am so grateful for their supper and help during this hard time of burying my mom , I wouldn’t have chose any other place , thank you so much New McFallBrothers I really appreciate it .

The hardest thing for me to ever do was bury my mom at 19. McFallBrothers made me feel like family, definitely took the weight off my shoulders and made it as easy as possible for a time like this , I am extremely grateful for their service , I wouldn’t have picked any other funeral home . Our Father passed away unexpectedly. The New McFall Brothers Funeral Home was with us from the beginning to the end. Mike and staff not only took care of our dad but I made sure the family was OK as well. I highly recommend them and appreciate everything they did!

This is a very difficult time for our family to lose an amazing, loving, gentle, funny make you laugh kind of guy. He loved his family so much and everyone had a special bond with him. He kind of remind me of his dad because he was quite and didnt say too much. He even walked like his daddy. Jaqari grandma is gonna miss you so much. I remember our last conversation on March the 30th, you said to me that you are gonna take what I said to heart. The bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with Lord. That's what gives me strength from day to day. Your mommy did a beautiful job in making sure that you have a befitting Homegoing service. Your Auntie Bebe put it all to gather, she and your 2 cousins Dominique & Daniel helped her her out very well. You are with both of your greatgrandma's that is sweet and I know they are gonna take good care of you! I know you are watching overused. I love you so much💜💜💜💜💜

I can't say anything else, I keep losing Brothers. However old soldiers never die, they just fade away. Yvonne Thomas sent her condolences (VA rep.) To the kids, remember the grey van, farm trips, reunions, etc. Still have that name "Uncle"

The level of interaction and patience displayed by all of your staff members made a difficult situation easier to deal with and we are truly grateful. While dealing with COVID, your streaming service helped us feel connected and we played the youtube live stream in a zoom chat session. Also, the Pastor's sermon provided comfort to us all and we felt connected to his anointed words. Thank you and God bless you!

The experience & service that was received by this funeral home is unmatched. When you’re dealing with such sensitive events as losing a loved one, it’s important that you && your loved is handled with dignity.
From the reception up to the owner, my family was treated with respect & accommodated with the wishes that were made known.
I was truly impressed with the one on one attention provided, not only by the director, but also the owner.
Although it was truly a difficult time, we were able to have some ease by knowing that our loved one was still being cared for, even while out of our sight.
I’m truly thankful && grateful for all that was done to ensure our loved one was laid to rest!
